(37:5, 14).

I opened my Bible to chapter 37 with this thought in mind, “I can’t wait for tomorrow, when we will finally get to hear directly from God.” I have found myself longing to hear His Voice, not the assumptions and assessments of man. And I was happy to see statements referring to His Voice, repeated five times… and we know when God repeats Himself…well, let’s stand and consider the Wonders of His Voice!

“Listen to this, O Job,
Stand and consider the wonders of God,”
(37:14).

Consider the Wonders of His Voice

How do we respond to the Wonder of His Voice?

Considering the Wonders of His Voice is refreshing, and humbling, and oh so very wonderful; and it is exactly what we need today. For amidst all the clamor of our times, we need to stand and consider the Wonders of God’s Voice.

He makes Himself heard so that we would come into relationship with Him through faith.

So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ, (Romans 10:17).

He draws us to obedience by the Wonders of His Voice, that we may enjoy His blessings.

“But this is what I commanded them, saying, ‘Obey My voice, and I will be your God, and you will be My people; and you will walk in all the way which I command you, that it may be well with you,’(Jeremiah 7:23).

What a glorious privilege we have to consider the Wonders of His Voice. Let us not take it for granted.

How can we not open the door daily and invite Him into our hearts; to partake of intimate fellowship with the great and majestic, holy and powerful God? Oh, may we never miss the opportunity to respond in faith and obedience to the glorious Wonders of His Voice.

“Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me,” (Revelation 3:20).
